Provision of a Dedicated Claims Team to Manage and Process Claims

The Interlink Claims Team is committed to managing your insurance claims and delivering excellence throughout the claims process.

Once you notify us of your claim, our dedicated, highly experienced Claims Managers will assist you by providing the relevant claims forms and information about the claims process.

The Interlink Claims Team operates sophisticated claims management software, which accurately tracks claims, monitors progress and facilitates efficient records management.

We will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your completed forms to confirm receipt and to ensure all details have been satisfactorily completed. The team will provide you with regular updates on the progress of your claim and will notify you upon settlement with the insurer or assessor.

After Hours Claims Support

In the event of a claim or potential claim, please ensure contact is made to your servicing Claims Contact or Account Manager.

In the event an emergency arises after business hours or over the weekend, and immediate assistance is necessary, we have provided a list of the major insurers that will be able to provide you with support in the claim lodgement process.

Workers Compensation Claim

Please submit completed form online or email the documents directly to our office to enquiries@iibs.com.au

In order to prevent unnecessary delays or your claim being prejudiced in any way, please ensure all questions on the Claim Forms are answered in full.

Important Notice:

Do not pay any wages whatsoever without written acceptance of the claim from your Insurer. Payments to Workers prior to acceptance could prejudice the claim and you may not be reimbursed.

Should you require the Insurer to investigate the circumstances of the claim / injury, please communicate these concerns to us.

On returning the attached, please enclose the following:

  • Workers Compensation First Certificate of Capacity (To be provided/requested from the treating doctor).
  • Medical Accounts/Pharmacy Prescriptions etc.
  • Progress Certificates of Capacity (If issued by the treating doctor).
  • Final Certificate of Capacity (If one has been issued by the treating doctor).
  • 52 weeks (prior to injury) payslips. If the Worker has been employed for less than this period, please provide as many weeks as possible and a copy of the Worker’s contract.
  •  Incident report and similar.

Insurers place a strict time limit on written notification of a claim. Please forward this information to our office within seven (7) days, to enable us to process this claim on your behalf.
