As a Claims Specialist, you’ll be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of claims, from initial assessment to final resolution, all while delivering high-quality customer service. What You’ll Do:

  • Manage a portfolio of claims, ensuring efficient processing and assessment in line with service standards.
  • Conduct claims tele-interviews and gather all relevant information to make fair assessment decisions.
  • Ensure fair settlements of claims, maintaining clear communication with clients, underwriters, and stakeholders throughout the process.
  • Provide expert advice and support on claims processes, handling a high volume of inquiries via calls and emails.
  • Handle complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolutions and appropriate escalation when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory, industry, and internal regulations, while maintaining accurate records.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Preferred experience working in insurance claims, though experience is not required.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously while maintaining strong team collaboration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with industry-specific software is a plus.
  • A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and resolving issues professionally.
