As a Claims Specialist, you’ll be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of claims, from initial assessment to final resolution, all while delivering high-quality customer service. What You’ll Do:
- Manage a portfolio of claims, ensuring efficient processing and assessment in line with service standards.
- Conduct claims tele-interviews and gather all relevant information to make fair assessment decisions.
- Ensure fair settlements of claims, maintaining clear communication with clients, underwriters, and stakeholders throughout the process.
- Provide expert advice and support on claims processes, handling a high volume of inquiries via calls and emails.
- Handle complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolutions and appropriate escalation when needed.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory, industry, and internal regulations, while maintaining accurate records.
What You’ll Bring:
- Preferred experience working in insurance claims, though experience is not required.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously while maintaining strong team collaboration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with industry-specific software is a plus.
